1. Prepare documents

To complete your application, you will need to gather and submit the following documents:

• Certified copies of your academic transcript/s or certificate/s of completion

• A copy of your current CV, which includes your current Position Description (PD) in detail. You may also be asked to provide a supporting letter from your employer outlining your duties, responsibilities, and duration of your employment/volunteer work, if further information is required.

2. Complete your application

Our application process is entirely online. To start, click 'start application' at the top of this page.

Here’s what you’ll be asked:

• Personal contact details

• Course name and code

• Preferred start date

• Previous study history

• Work experience (if applicable)

• Supporting documents

3. Track your application

You will receive an email to confirm your application and advise whether you need to provide any additional information.

When providing additional information, please clearly identify the course you have applied for, your name and date of birth. VUHQ staff can sight your original documents in order to certify any copies.
